Current taxpolicyon resources!

It is far below the standards and spirit of P.M Kevin Rudd’s ’40 per cent resources super profits tax’.

It is discriminatory, and in favour of biggest resource companies; highly controversial; highly uneven; and lacking seriously in consultation with smaller resource companies.

I present you now copies of some of vital e-mail correspondences!

On 04th of April 2010, I wrote; and e-mailed it to almost all both Federal, and W.A State parliamentarians:

Dear Hon. Federal Parliamentarians,

Previously, I sent you number of e-mails regarding various issues. I thank you so much for any action taken on behalf of them.

In this occasion I need Your attention on the following:

(1.) There are many organisations that do not pay the workers decent wages.

(2.) There are many organisations that try to keep the hourly rate close to the award-rate as much as possible.

(3.) The above mentioned policies are seriously undesirable to the economy; these policies put many members of the public in distress and thereby, reduce the ability of spending and sustainability of many businesses: One of the reasons for the introduction of stimulus packages was to increase the spending capacity of the public, and thereby, increase the sustainability of many businesses. If members of the public get decent wages, spending capacity of them would increase, and thereby, many businesses would sustain and flourish.

(4.) Many businesses try to avoid giving permanent states to the employees to satisfy their brutal and unfair ends. Many employees work without annual; public holiday; and sick leave.

(5.) Many organisations seek criminal record checks. This policy is detrimental to the genuine interests of the public, because, it hinders convicted people exercising their interests in becoming assets to the society. It is an exercise on matters subjected to courts; and is out of jurisdictions of the courts, if it had not been imposed by the sentences. It is a punitive action, and against the judicial process, if such actions is not authorised by the courts.

(6.) Building rents have affected, drastically, businesses and consumers: higher the building rent, higher the turnover required by businesses and prices the consumers have to pay for the items. I also put pressure on wages of the employees.

Action:

(1.) All businesses to be investigated, thoroughly, and make sure that all employees get a fixed rate plus percentage of the profit the business would make.

(2.) It is necessary to impose rules of following types: (a.)Maximum casual employment period to be reduced to three weeks ;( b.)After the three weeks period all employee must be given permanent employment status; and (c.) All employees must be in a union at least during the permanent employment.

(3.) It needs comprehensive initiative to nullify a person’s past record standing against that person’s current and future progress; and to make sure all employers move by current status of a person, with respect to employment.

(4.) Strict rent controlling regulations need to be imposed.

Thank You very much for Your kind attention!

Respectfully Yours’,

Lloyd Fernando.

Toppling His Honor Kevin Rudd, one of the greatest and most popular leaders in Australian history, as P.M; and other pressing matters!

Saturday, 26 June, 2010 4:39 PM

Dear Hon. Members of the Australian Federal Parliament; and members of Australian public:

Subject(s): Back stabbing’ His Honor Kevin Rudd, one of the greatest and most popular leaders in Australian history; and other pressing matters!

Do not seek solace in toppling His Honor Kevin Rudd, one of the greatest and most popular leaders in Australian history, as P.M. This was one the most regrettable and dishonest mistake by those responsible. It was one of the most sham-full, uncultured, uncivilized, modern barbaric acts that I had ever encountered.

As far as I am concern, any chance of Labor Party getting re-elected is over; it would turn into a massive defeat, unless Labor Government actions revoking its decision to dismiss Kevin Rudd as P.M. The rejection that Labor would face would like that of Labor under Paul Keating, if not worse.

Any person who engaged in toppling Kevin Rudd as P.M would go down in Australian history as irresponsible, cruel and inhumane. This conduct against Kevin Rudd must be punishable, and should be treated with zero tolerance.

Many people, I have spoken to, were heart broken. There were many breaches of extremely serious nature: moral and ethical; rationality; gratitude, etc. Under no circumstances, that it is reasonable to overthrow a P.M elected directly by the public prior to a general election. When people (especially, people who got no strong political party attachments) vote, their main concern is about the leadership. M.Ps of a democratic parliament have their positions, in the first place, mainly because of leadership of their party; therefore, all current Labor M.Ps in Federal parliament of Australia ought to appreciate the fact they are in Federal Parliament, mainly, if not, only, because, of Kevin Rudd.

For the forging reasons, any person who takes Kevin Rudd’s office (P.M), can not call himself/herself as P.M.

P.M Kevin Rudd was not there to do politics. Public did leave its faith in His Honor’s role. Therefore, His Honor, Kevin Rudd, deserved the support, the room, respect, faith and loyalty from members of ‘Labor Federal Government’ to exercise His Honor’s wisdom.

Those who plot against Kevin Rudd must not forget the fact they got blood on their hands. They will never be forgiven for it, unless they revoke their decision to overthrow Kevin Rudd as P.M; if not, ‘Labor Party’ would not be re-elected in the foreseeable future.

Labor Party members must stand by its name (‘ Labor). They can not be right-wing.

Before, I end this email, I want bring Your attention to the following:

Government’s educational campaign against misleading campaigns by opposite elements are must, and should not be called such campaigns are unnecessary; government has a duty of care to direct the public in the right direction through media advertisements, etc.

Private businesses (especially, those suppose to deliver essential services) that do not cater for the genuine interest of the community ought to be nationalized as much as possible.

Let’s work for the genuine interest; and not for the greedy, selfish, evil capitalists.

Australia has emerged as the best economy in the world under ‘Labor Government’ headed by Kevin Rudd.

State Governments and local councils are responsible for increased rates (bills) and fines; but, not the federal government.

It is necessary to target all the institutions, including, businesses that do not pay workers decent wages. These institutions are serious economic and humanitarian hazards. Some, if not most, of them use people, and give them as little as possible; and by doing so, they not only ‘dig graves’ for themselves, but also for others by restricting the cash flow. Business to flourish there should be significant cash flow into general public that constitute significant majority of the population.

Don not, please, give a dame about mining companies that have been taking advantage of the loop holes in the system; do not worry about loss of mining jobs, because, the companies are already in the process of installing remote controlled mechanism that require least human interference. Tax these companies to the maximum as possible; and if they start to buckle the mining industry, the government should take over those mining operations. These policies would put the government in a much better position to serve genuine community interests. Many thanks to Kevin Rudd’s brilliant mind in anticipation of such grave matters and determination to bring ’mining super profit tax’.

World financial crisis was due to too much accumulation of wealth, comparatively, among too few; and it is for this reason, economic stimulus was necessary.

There should be laws to restrict gambling, and financial contracts, especially, those of phone, housing, cars, gyms, etc; because, they are not only burdens on the public, but also causes of serious barriers in cash flow.

Sexism would be in the same caliber as racism; and it should be illegal, and mechanisms should be installed to oppose or reject such discrimination or biases. Ladies’ men should not be entertained, especially, in administration. There are many issues that needed to be considered in assigning a job to a person. It would be necessary to take into consideration the fact males differ from females in many areas. All female organs are not the same as those of males. There could be subtle, if not huge, psychological or psychiatric differences. There should not be policies that make men act like women; such policies are, totally, deviant. Women may have the desire to become like men; and it would be like ‘Eve’s’ desire to be God like. That desire poisoned ‘Adam’, and made entire human race pay the penalty of having least interference from God in its presence on the physical dimension.

I originally came from Sri Lanka. I spend nearly half of my life in that country, before I came to Australia. It produced the first lady prime minister in the world. There both women and men try to work equally. I have never come across the scale of gender war like in Australia. There is, absolutely, no doubt that people have infiltrated the system, including, that of private sector for wrong reasons (sexism, racism, anti-immigration, etc). System must have policies and mechanisms to resist such corruptions.

All legislations and laws ought to, fully, comply with the constitution. Constitution can not be misinterpreted; and terms of the constitution can not be in conflict. “Do whatever it takes to get rid of aliens” can not be in conflict with existing laws. Therefore, exercising double jeopardy and committing murder against aliens would be illegal. It is also necessary to examine what characteristics would require for a person to become an alien in terms of Australian constitution.

Australia is not in Europe. Vast majority of its population has migration links; and some, if not most, of them have ancestors who were convicts. It had a brutal past; both natives and the convicts faced brutal and barbaric treatments by people favored by Brittan. It has now evolved into one of the best humane countries in the world. Therefore, it should not entertain discrimination of the kind such as racism. However, I stress the fact, in relation to immigration, it is a necessary exercise ’to understand a person, and his/her way of life, it is necessary to understand the society in which that person was brought up and what that society did stand for’.

Thank you so much for Your kind attention!

Respectfully yours/Yours,

Fernando, W. Lloyd. N.

My e-mail:[email protected]

On 28th June 2010, I wrote in responses to the e-mails I received from media; and I e-mailed copies of it to almost all both Federal, and W.A State parliamentarians:

Dear ‘ h[email protected]‘,

I thank you so much!

I have no doubts that enemies(especially, mining bosses) of Kevin Rudd saw an opportunity to wipe him out, if sufficient incentives are given to Labour’s power brokers:there was a women as DPM, who would be desperate to grab the chance to become first Lady P.M of Australia; and or to become P.M.

There was lot of ‘gas’ in Kevin Rudd’s cabinet minister’s to push for ‘mining super profit tax’; they were loosing gas for some crooked reason. This is how, normally, people in power go ahead to gain incentives or in corrupting the process: first go with full of ‘gas’, and keep the pressure high, until sufficient incentives keep flowing; then back-stab anyone standing their way.

These incentives might have come into action in a very sophisticated manner; this is something that all investigations need to take into consideration in tracking the culprits.

I expect you to publish all the things I brought to your attention, please.

I thank you for everything that you have done on-behalf of what I had brought to your attention.

Regards,

Fernando, W. Lloyd. N.
